Xtruline is specialized in the extrusion of technical plastic profiles for light in polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate materials. IDEAS, DESIGNING & DEVELOPMENT

Our in-house designing/tooling department is equipped with modern CAD-CAM technology. Modern machinery with CNC controlled milling and wire erosion machines enable us to produce complicated profile cross- sections in a quick and economical way.

 

3. CO/MULTI EXTRUSION

SINGLE PROFILE IN COMBINATION OF DIFFERENT COLOURS AND MATERIALS

By utilizing the latest production lines with our upgraded knowledge, we are capable to extrude single, double or triple layers profiles with different polymers. In this way, you receive a profile with co-extruded/multi layers materials. Our special profiles process for the plastic extrusion is the result of our vast experience and knowledge in the extrusion industry. 4. IN-HOUSE COLOUR LABORATORY

PROFILES IN DIFFERENT COLOURS

We provide you with products in transparent, translucent or opaque colour, based upon your customized requirement. Being equipped with latest spectrophotometer with special colour formulation software, our in-house colour laboratory makes an objective comparison of colours under different colorimetric aspects possible. Hence, guaranteeing the exact match.

Using the colour measuring system, we produce custom colour stripes as per the colour requirement.
